OUR CURRENT PROJECTS

Why we started several projects

Our history has taught us a big lesson that we knew less about the food we eat. The whole story begins not far from land we live in, the journey from seed to shelf, and why it matters has been meagerly perceived. Our food was got out of sight and out of mind, disconnecting us from the value of agricultural roots. It’s often transported over thousands of miles and very costly. In the spirit of self relience therefore, it is much easier to know what we’re eating, how fresh it is, where it came from and who grew it.

Currently running and paused projects

  • Renovation of Mukasa House is paused due to financial shortage
  • Seminary Farm, Piggery and cattle are running well
  • Bakery is still on hire
  • New Maize miller is bought and its shade construction is paused due to financial shortage.
