As a Seminary, we value so much on the development of our students in out of class areas of life. With these we mean, activities (not academically examinable) that may take a form of learning yet empower our students to be acquainted with: social, pychological, mental, environmental, economical, scientific, political and technological challenges among others, which demand for positive practical responses by all able mankind in a bid to combat or fight against it drastic impact to the community or society or nation or continent or the whole world.
As a result of covid-19, family planning session handled by Rev. Tadele Wolde Baramo every monday at 2pm inside Bishop Odama Peacehall got paused along the way.
This seesion is exepected to help a student be pastorally equipped with the knowledge beneficial to our christians who may have challenges about choosing the Church recommended approach to family planning, other family planning associated problemsand when and how to apply correct measures.
With or without public seminars or workshop, our Seminary emphasizes much on clubs, movements and associtions’ engagement of students in all these segments. It is compulsory for a student to participate in activities of two clubs, one movement of his choice and any one optional addition of a club or movement seen viable by a seminarian provided he is capable of handling it along side other seminary programs.
All of these activites along side sporting activities is to give an orientation to each student a motive of being able to fit and be creative during his pastoral exposure.
